Ingredients:
Biscuits: Salted plant based butter, caster sugar, EGG, vanilla bean paste (cane sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla pods, tragacanth), salt, plain flour (WHEAT)
Royal Icing: Meringue powder (WHEAT starch, dried EGG albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators (calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid), dextrose, stabiliser (guar gum)), icing sugar (anti-caking agent tricalcium phosphate), light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract)
Edible Ink: Edible Cyan Ink: purified water, propylene glycol, glycerine, colour: brilliant blue FCF (E133), polysorbate 80, sodium hydroxide, mono- and di-glycerides. Edible Magenta Ink: purified water, propylene glycol, colour: azorubin (E122), glycerine, polysorbate 80, sodium hydroxide, mono- and di-glycerides, potassium citrate. Edible Yellow Ink: purified water, propylene glycol, glycerine, colour: tartrazin (E102), polysorbate 80, mono- and di-glycerides, colour: sunset yellow FCF (E110), sodium hydroxide.
