Cancellation Policy We know that sometimes plans change, so here's what happens if you can no longer make your biscuit decorating workshop: **More than 14 days before the workshop** You can request a full refund or transfer your booking to another available workshop date. **7–14 days before the workshop** We can offer a transfer to another available workshop date where possible, or a 50% refund. **Less than 7 days before the workshop** Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund due to the preparation and costs involved. However, you're welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member. **Within 48 hours or non-attendance** No refunds or transfers can be offered. **Transferring your place** If you can't attend, you can give your place to someone else. Please let us know as soon as possible, including their name and any relevant dietary or allergy information. **If we cancel** In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if minimum numbers are not reached. In this situation, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking. Please note that refunds apply to the workshop booking only. We cannot be responsible for any additional travel, accommodation or other costs incurred.
